We are proud of the results coming in a month after the launch of Circle Housing’s Do1Thing campaign and microsite (www.do1thing.org.uk)! Circle Housing briefed us to create an engaging campaign identity for their Energy and Green customer engagement programme; a programme designed to provide greater support to Circle Housing’s vulnerable residents in reducing their energy consumption. A distinct and insightful visual identity was needed to carry the campaign, motivate action and encourage long-lasting behaviour change.
The campaign has achieved a total annual energy cost saving of £56,835 and generated 1719 unique visits to the microsite. Do1Thing has also achieved national newspaper coverage, a 125% increase in social media reach and a 96% click through rate to the website via internal comms, proving strong engagement with staff.
By breaking down the overwhelming challenge of saving energy into bite-sized chunks, Do1Thing highlights the value of each energy saving action and shows how easy it is to use less energy and save money. We’re confident customers and staff will remain engaged in the campaign, as it proves to be an effective, long-term platform for communicating to Circle Housing residents about energy.
